Warranties & Procedures:

* A refund will be given upon the return of the product/s (at your expense) and inspection of the item, if the item is un damaged a refund will be issued or if the item has yet to be shipped.

* A replacement will be sent if the item is damaged during transit, The item must be sent back and the business must be contacted within 48 hours to notify them of the issue for a replacement to be sent.

Notifying the business after the 48 hour time period will result in no replacement been sent after this deadline.

Credit Policy:

Manic Merch does not offer credit to customers or businesses.
